Fair Housing Guidelines

  • Do NOT mention race, religion, national origin, or ethnicity
  • Do NOT mention familial status (children, pregnancy, family size)
  • Do NOT include photos of your family
  • Do NOT mention disability status
  • Some states have banned buyer letters entirely - check local rules
